Connect Claude Code to GeneFoundry

Use GeneFoundry’s hosted MCP endpoint with Claude Code. Review sign-in requirements before setting up the connection.

Before you begin

Add the endpoint below, then sign in in your browser when prompted.

  • Install Claude Code and sign in to your Claude account.

Add GeneFoundry

  1. Run the add command below in the project where you want to use GeneFoundry.
  2. Start Claude Code, run /mcp, select GeneFoundry and complete authentication in your browser.
  3. Ask a question using GeneFoundry, or paste one of the tested examples.
